    I had Windows 7 and that will lose all support soon. I couldn’t afford to buy a new machine.
    The disk contains a fairly old used Windows 10 64-bit. You can install it from this disk, but you will then have to wait for Microsoft to download and install the latest version. Far better to donwload the installation file from Microsoft, then use this product key to make it work. That way, you are right up to date first time.

    I had issues with a legitimate W10 install when MS offered free licences in 2015. Having reinstalled Windows on a new CPU?MB upgrade, I found it would not activate. Did not want to spend £100 on a product I already had.
